Una Ebsworth
Una Ebsworth has been with Lethbridges since 2006, graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts. She was admitted to practice in 2009.
Una has experience in a wide range of criminal matters spanning Magistrates’ Court summary proceedings through to Supreme Court trials and appeals. She has been involved in the preparation of indictable matters including complex fraud, drug prosecutions, homicide and sexual offences. Una regularly appears in the Magistrates’, County and Children’s Court of Victoria.
She is a member of the Accredited Criminal Law Specialist Advisory Committee.
Una has been an Accredited Criminal Law Specialist with the Law Institute of Victoria since 2014. She has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Rising Star in Criminal Law and most recently has been acknowledged as a Leading Criminal Lawyer.
